What we do, what you approve, and how your results are measured.
We prepare and deposit them with Canada Post. Add pickup if you need it.
Each mailing is quoted separately. Submitting a request does not take payment.
Tracking shows visits and enquiries. Revenue uses the outcomes you record.
FlyerRun coordinates campaigns using flyers you have already printed. We do not provide printing. For the services below, Canada Post handles final delivery.
Only the work and quantities in your approved quote are included. Each mailing is a separate order; there is no required ongoing mailing commitment. FlyerRun is an independent service and does not claim Canada Post partner certification.
Provide the approved quantity, artwork and physical stock. You are responsible for permission to use the content, accurate offers and compliance with applicable advertising rules. Check the flyer requirements before printing or handing over stock. Tell us the actual dimensions, weight, thickness and fold.
We check stock and mailing details before confirming acceptance. If stock is short, damaged or does not qualify, we will explain the options and obtain approval for any changed work or cost. A sample or online estimate is not a guarantee that Canada Post will accept the final stock.
The pickup quote uses the route distance, pickup address and collection details. Access restrictions, extra stops, waiting or a missed collection may change the cost only if disclosed and approved. Confirm cartons, quantity and a contact person before collection. Collection time is confirmed separately; submitting a date is a request.
Postage, transport, preparation and eligibility follow the applicable Canada Post product rules. Target areas, route counts, delivery windows and deposit dates remain subject to availability, carrier acceptance and operating conditions. We will communicate known material changes. A deposit receipt confirms handover to the carrier; it does not prove that each household read or received a flyer. We do not promise a response rate, sales outcome or a guaranteed household delivery date.
Website estimates are in Canadian dollars. Your written quote separates mailing service fees, postage, applicable pickup charges and taxes. Tracking subscriptions and optional numbers are listed separately from the mailing cost. Printing is excluded.
A booking request asks us to review your campaign. It does not authorize payment, a subscription renewal or mailing. Before work starts, we confirm the service, stock, target areas, quantity, schedule, payment arrangements and applicable terms, then obtain your approval.
Changes to routes, quantities, stock, timing or carrier rates may require a revised quote. We will seek approval before additional charges are committed. We will not silently replace an approved quote. The final written order should state its quote validity and any deposit or payment due.
Send a change or cancellation request through your campaign's Messages. We will confirm the work already completed and any costs already committed. We will acknowledge receipt and confirm the next steps.
Any remaining prepaid balance is returned after confirmed costs are reconciled. We will confirm the refund amount and timing in writing. If stock remains with us, we agree a collection or return arrangement and any approved transport cost. These proposed terms do not remove refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
$50 / monthMonthly tracking plan
$500 / yearAnnual tracking plan
+$200 / yearOptional separate campaign number
Choose one tracking plan. It includes FlyerRun QR links, recorded activity and monthly reports. You can save your existing business number, import incoming-call logs and record business outcomes. The optional separate campaign number is intended to forward calls to that business number once provisioned. Applicable taxes are shown separately.
Call tracking: saving a Rogers, Bell, Telus or other business number does not give FlyerRun access to that line. Import incoming-call records or authorize a compatible phone-system connection. Availability depends on your phone product. A connection key is a setup tool, not proof that your carrier is connected. Dedicated numbers and forwarding require separate provisioning and testing. A plan selection records a request; it does not activate or charge a subscription.
Before activation, we confirm the included service, start date, billing period, payment method, renewal choice and cancellation instructions in writing. There is no automatic renewal without your explicit authorization. Request cancellation through campaign Messages; the confirmed subscription terms must explain when access ends and whether any unused period is refundable. No unconfirmed renewal or refund policy is applied by this preview.
Use a phone number and destination you control or are authorized to use. You can save a new business number and edit the destination of an existing FlyerRun QR link in Tracking & Results. The saved QR address stays the same when its destination changes. Changes affect future visitors; they do not change a number already printed on a flyer or rewrite past results.
Existing printed QR codes only use FlyerRun tracking if they contain the FlyerRun tracking URL. Test a QR before printing or distributing it. External websites must be available and safe for visitors. A changed business number is not confirmation that a dedicated forwarding number has been connected or rerouted.
Calls are labelled as manually entered, imported or received through your private connection. Shared-number calls stay unassigned until you confirm their campaign source. A call is not automatically a qualified enquiry, booking or sale. FlyerRun does not record audio or store call transcripts or caller numbers in imported call logs.
A visit means the tracking link was opened and recorded after basic bot filtering and repeat-visit checks. Visits are not unique people, verified deliveries or guaranteed human scans. An enquiry is a saved form submission. Recorded revenue reflects lead outcomes you enter; it is not independently verified payment income.
Reports use UTC dates. Monthly revenue is grouped by the enquiry's creation month using its current saved outcome; it is not a bank statement or a payment-date report. Current months are incomplete and future months have no results. Comparisons help you understand observed activity, but they do not prove that a flyer caused every sale.
Authenticated previews let you test a link and the FlyerRun enquiry form without adding visits or leads. A real QR scan outside preview mode can be counted. External sites and phone providers may collect their own activity, even when FlyerRun is in preview. Recommendations are based on recorded data and simple rules; no future result is guaranteed.
Keep your account access secure. Only submit details and files you are entitled to share. Do not use FlyerRun for unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing campaigns, or to collect sensitive personal information in enquiry forms. We may pause unsafe or unlawful activity and explain the reason where legally permitted.
Online marketing work follows the services, deliverables and advertising budget in your approved quote. You retain responsibility for your ad accounts and approve spend before launch. Media spend is separate from FlyerRun management fees.
Customer accounts access their own campaigns; authorized FlyerRun operators support those campaigns. Your public enquiry page displays the business, offer, service area and explicitly saved business phone number. Pickup addresses, private booking contacts and account identifiers are not intended for that page.
The Privacy page explains data, short-lived tracking cookies, access and the current preview's limitations. Customers are responsible for appropriate notices and lawful follow-up with their leads. A request for a quote is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Tell us promptly if your stock, quote, deposit or report appears wrong. Include the campaign reference and relevant evidence. We will investigate, explain what happened and propose an appropriate correction or remedy. Responsibility depends on the agreed work, the facts and applicable law; these draft terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact FlyerRun at +1 (416) 725-8792, contact@flyerrun.com or through the contact form. For an existing campaign, use campaign Messages. Ask for clarification before approving a quote. Final service documents must identify the contracting business, its contact details, the approved scope and the version of the terms that applies.
Changes to published terms apply to future orders after notice. They do not silently change an already approved order. These terms are prepared for the proposed FlyerRun service in Ontario, Canada, subject to applicable law and any mandatory customer protections.
Prices are CAD. Ontario quotes include 13% HST; other provinces require applicable tax review. Your approved quote identifies the service scope, start date, fees and any third-party costs. Send payment only after approving that quote, to pay@flyerrun.com, using the order reference. A reported transfer remains unverified until FlyerRun checks the bank receipt. No banking credentials are collected here.
Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta in your own account and is separate from management fees. Monthly services are invoiced per service period with no automatic bank withdrawal or long-term minimum term. The customer must approve launch budgets. Changes outside the agreed scope require a revised quote.
Request cancellation before work or third-party spending is committed. Completed work and approved committed costs may be non-refundable; any balance is reviewed with you. No ad performance, search ranking, lead count or individual household delivery is guaranteed. Tracking subscriptions and campaign numbers require separate activation and do not begin when you submit a mailing request.
